Returns
Hassle free returns
You may return any new, unused items (in complete packaging) that you have purchased from us for a full refund within 60 days of delivery for any reason.
Shipping damage?
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately upon receipt. Do not attempt to install the items. Keep all shipping boxes and email us photos of both the boxes and the damage to the product itself. We will work to file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and set you up with a replacement order to get you back on the road as soon as possible!
Return Policy
Returned products must be in new, complete, unaltered condition with no signs of installation. The original box, packaging, manuals, tags and informational literature must be present and undamaged.
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For returns being shipped back from locations in the USA, customers can choose to buy a prepaid return shipping label for $12.00 USD.
Un-used items returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, bags, or boxes may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional repackaging/repair fee of up to 25% as needed to cover the cost of restoring the item to new condition.
Used and altered items are not eligible for return. If such items are received and their original value is below the cost of return shipping, they will be disposed of without refund. If their original value exceeds the cost of return shipping, we will provide the customer with the option of purchasing return shipping or disposing of the items without refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected (usually in 1 to 5 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
If we lower our online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price upon request, and provide a coupon for the difference towards future purchases. Requests must be made during the return and exchange period.

Warranty Policy
Warranty claims should be submitted to the official DENALI Distributor in your country or the retailer from whom you purchased the product. North American customers may file warranty claims directly to us which will be processed by our North American Distributor Twisted Distributing.
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased item at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abrasion, misuse, improper installation, accidents, alteration, disassembly of electronics, sun fade of finishes, or damage to original parts of the vehicle related to item failure, crashes, improper installation, or improper use. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser of the item from Denali Electronics or an authorized reseller (proof of purchase required) and does not extend to used items purchased through 3rd parties (Craigslist, eBay, etc.). Warranties are limited to those expressly provided above. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded. Shipping charges to Denali Electronics are the responsibility of the customer. Labor costs of third-party installation shops to remove and reinstall products or repair other parts of the vehicle are not covered.
To process a warranty claim, we require that the product to be shipped back to us for inspection at the owner's expense. Once the product is inspected, our warranty team will either repair the product to working condition, provide a replacement part, or provide a working replacement in similar or better cosmetic condition if the product can not be repaired. Denali Electronics will pay to ship the item back to customers located within the US (excluding AK, HI, PR).
