What if part of my order is on backorder?
If an item is backordered, the item will be clearly labeled as backorder or pre-order. If your order contains a backordered item, the order will only ship once the backordered item is available. Please allow 2-6 weeks for backorders to be fulfilled.
When will my stuff ship?
We ship Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items will usually leave the warehouse on the same shipping day for:
- FedEx orders placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday
- Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday
Once shipped, when will my stuff arrive?

- FedEx Ground Home Delivery delivers Tuesday - Saturday
- FedEx Ground Commercial and all express services deliver Monday - Friday.
Estimated transit time via USPS Priority Mail is typically about 2-3 days within the US and about 6-10 days within Canada. USPS Express Mail transit time is typically about 1-2 days. Sundays and federal holidays don't count as days in transit. USPS does not guarantee transit times.
Do you ship international?
Yes we do, but it will cost you less to purchase from local dealers and distributors in your country. It is also possible that international orders could be delayed by customs or other reasons for up to 30 days. Some International orders may be reviewed prior to processing to insure product, size and weight restrictions are met. If any issues are identified, you will be contacted with updates prior to your order shipping out. International customers will not be charged customs duties/clearance/tax fees at check out and may be held responsible for these when the order arrives at your countries customs office. These fees are not the responsibility of DENALI Electronics and refunds shall not be given if the recipient refuses delivery by not paying these fees to the carrier.
Can you send my order "signature required"?
Due to the increasing frequency of stolen packages, we strongly urge you to request “signature required” for orders over $750. Call us at 401-360-2550 to place your order with a signature-required shipping option for a $12 fee. If you choose not to have your order delivered signature required and your package is stolen after delivery, Denali Electronics can provide the information you need to recover your funds from your credit card company but we cannot be held responsible for the shipment.
Hassle free returns
You may return any new, unused items (in complete packaging) that you have purchased from us for a full refund within 60 days of delivery for any reason.
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately upon receipt. Do not attempt to install the items. Keep all shipping boxes and email us photos of both the boxes and the damage to the product itself. We will work to file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and set you up with a replacement order to get you back on the road as soon as possible!
Returned products must be in new, complete, unaltered condition with no signs of installation. The original box, packaging, manuals, tags and informational literature must be present and undamaged.
Un-used items returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, bags, or boxes may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional repackaging/repair fee of up to 25% as needed to cover the cost of restoring the item to new condition.
Used and altered items are not eligible for return. If such items are received and their original value is below the cost of return shipping, they will be disposed of without refund. If their original value exceeds the cost of return shipping, we will provide the customer with the option of purchasing return shipping or disposing of the items without refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected (usually in 1 to 5 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.

If you still wish to return the item, visit our Start a Return page. Your order number and email address will be required to start a return; you can look these up in your order confirmation email.
Warranty claims should be submitted to the official DENALI Distributor in your country or the retailer from whom you purchased the product. North American customers may file warranty claims directly to us which will be processed by our North American Distributor Twisted Distributing.
Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the purchased item at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abrasion, misuse, improper installation, accidents, alteration, disassembly of electronics, sun fade of finishes, or damage to original parts of the vehicle related to crashes, improper installation, or improper use. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser of the item from Denali Electronics or an authorized reseller (proof of purchase required) and does not extend to used items purchased through 3rd parties (Craigslist, eBay, etc.). Warranties are limited to those expressly provided above. All other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically excluded. Shipping charges to Denali Electronics are the responsibility of the customer,
To process a warranty claim, we require that the product to be shipped back to us for inspection at the owner's expense. Once the product is inspected, our warranty team will either repair the product to working condition, provide a replacement part, or provide a working replacement in similar or better cosmetic condition if the product can not be repaired. Denali Electronics will pay to ship the item back to customers located within the US (excluding AK, HI, PR).
