Shop DENALI Electronics with confidence. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized domestic dealer on an eligible in-stock item, we’ll match it.

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to qualifying new purchases made today as well as eligible purchases made during our return and exchange period. Review the requirements below to see if your purchase qualifies.

DENALI Price Match Guarantee

To qualify for a price match, the competitor’s offer and product must meet the following requirements:

• The lower price must be publicly advertised and available for us to verify.
• The competitor must be an authorized dealer physically located within the USA.
• The product must be new.
• The product must be in stock.
• The product must be the same color, model, and size as the DENALI product being compared.
• Shipping and handling fees will be included when calculating the price difference.
• Price matching is available for new purchases made today or previous purchases that are still within the applicable return and exchange period.

What If DENALI Lowers the Price After I Purchase?

If we lower our online price during the applicable return and exchange period, you may request a price match to the new lower price. If approved, we will provide a coupon for the difference toward a future purchase.

Requests must be submitted during the applicable return and exchange period.

What Is Not Eligible for Price Matching?

The DENALI Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Items priced below $50
• Verbal offers
• Offers that require a coupon code or additional steps to obtain the advertised price
• eBay auctions
• Closeout or discontinued products that are no longer available from the manufacturer
• Amazon.com sales
• Scratch-and-dent, open-box, used, or other products that are not in new condition
• Prices offered by sellers located outside the United States
• Gray market or unauthorized dealers

All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of DenaliElectronics.com.

How to Submit a Price Match Request

1. Visit the DENALI product page for the item you would like us to price match. Copy the product URL and note the item number and current DENALI price.
2. Visit the competitor’s product page and copy the URL. Note the competitor’s item number and advertised price.
3. Email your price match request and the information above to info@denalielectronics.com.
4. Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.

What Happens If My Price Match Is Approved?

If your request is approved, our team will include a single-use coupon valid for 48 hours in the email response. The coupon will also be added to your account for use during checkout.
