Maybe it’s been so popular because it can do so much: Hit the American highways and burn the miles, or be your one-and-only daily commuter and weekend fun ride…all in the same motorcycle.

If anything, the Street Glide's broad capabilities call for exceptional motorcycle lighting, which is exactly what DENALI’s extensive lineup for the Harley provides. For all generations of Street Glide, we offer custom light mounts, a place to put our SoundBomb—maybe the one thing louder and more attention getting than straight pipes—and a unique way of controlling those accessories in the CANsmart controller powered by the DENALI Accessory Manager software. CANsmart allows you to control all your lights—two pairs of driving lights, a B6 tail light, as well as the SoundBomb horn—right from your Harley’s stock hand switches and integrates several functions, including High/Low Sync, from-the-saddle dimming capabilities, Flash to Pass, Strobe with Horn, and a Smart Brake modulation system to let following cars know you’re slowing. First, the lighting options. If anything, a long-distance tourer that also spends time on city streets and country roads needs the best motorcycling lighting available. One place to start is the DENALI M7 DOT-approved motorcycle headlight. Separate high- and low-beam LED arrays combine with a daytime-running-light ring of LEDs to put out a total of almost 3600 lumens, far better than a stock halogen headlight. The 7-inch headlight is plug-and-play compatible with Harleys using an H4 headlight system. But there’s more. You can add any of DENALI’s LED driving light options, from the wildlife-spotting D7, whose 14 Cree LEDs in two pods will help pick Bambi out of the woods at more than 1500 feet, plenty of room to take evasive action. The D7 can be fitted with Amber or Selective Yellow lenses for even better vision in fog or other weather conditions. Mount any of the DENALI LED motorcycle lights with custom fender mounts or super-strong aluminum engine-guard mounts; there’s a bike-specific SoundBomb mount, too.
