Polaris Sportsman ATV Lighting and Accessories

Polaris has been a leader in the off-road recreation industry since introducing the first American-made ATV in 1985. Today, much of Polaris’ off-road vehicle manufacturing still takes place in the small city of Roseau, Minnesota, where the company first began making snowmobiles in the 1950s.

With the recent addition of comfort-enhancing independent rear suspension, best-in-class ground clearance, and the industry’s fastest-engaging on-demand All-Wheel Drive system, Polaris Sportsman ATVs have only grown in popularity. Their stock lighting is pretty impressive, too! Many Sportsman ATVs, including the Sportsman 450 H.O. and the Sportsman 570, come standard with halogen pod lights, triple 50-watt high-beams, dual 50-watt low-beams, and a single LED brake light. Similar stock lighting configurations are found on the powerful Sportsman 850 and XP 1000, along with the mud-craving Sportsman High Lifter Edition and the mighty Sportsman 6x6 570.

DENALI offers a wide range of LED lighting kits to bring your Sportsman to the next level. 

There’s the ultra-powerful DENALI D7 LED Light Kit — a pair of round-format lights, each housing seven 10-watt Cree LEDs. The pair outputs a best-in-class 15,330 lumens, and with the included TriOptic Lens System, you can customize each lamp’s beam to suit your needs — whether you need a piercing spot beam capable of lighting up a deer 1,500 feet away, a wide flood pattern to illuminate your entire campsite, or DENALI’s unique TrueHybrid lens for the best of both worlds. D7 lights can be easily mounted to your Sportsman’s brush guard for use as driving lights, and the included HotSwap Wiring Harness makes the system a breeze to install. With DataDim Technology, the simple addition of a plug-and-play DataDim Controller allows you to switch your D7s between high- and low-intensity output using your Sportsman’s own high-beam switch!

A smaller auxiliary lighting option (with incredibly bright output) is the DENAL D4 LED Light Kit, which can be neatly installed within your Sportsman’s brush guard for extra visibility on the trail, or mounted to your rear rack to be used as work lights. Each D4 light houses four super-bright Cree LEDs in a square-format housing, outputting 8750 lumens as a pair. Behind each D4’s ImpactPC Polycarbonate Bezel, DENALI has installed a unique E-Mark Approved TrueHybrid lens, which places a tight-pattern spot lens over two of the D4’s LEDs and a broad-pattern elliptical flood lens over the other two. The result is one compact light that’s equally adept at illuminating the woods around you as the trail ahead. The included TriOptic Lens System allows you to swap out lenses to suit your individual needs.

The tiny-but-mighty DENALI DM and D2 are excellent options for auxiliary driving lights and fog lights, available with clear or amber lenses. And, as with all DENALI LED light kits, their DrySeal Submersible Waterproof housings and switches ensure that your lights will keep on shining no matter how nasty the weather or how muddy the terrain.

A wide range of mounting hardware is available to make it as easy as possible to install DENALI lights on your sportsman. Forged from billet aluminum with a durable black anodized finish, DENALI’s Articulating Bar Clamps are available in multiple diameters to mount DENALI lights to your brush guard, front rack, or rear rack.
