Denali Electronics Launches the D14 Destroyer Headlight at Daytona Bike Week 2025 with Industry Partners
Denali Electronics, a leading brand in motorcycle lighting, had a successful presence at Daytona Bike Week this year, joining forces with industry partners CIRO, RickRack, Trask, and Kraus Moto. The team experienced a week full of fast-paced action, constant installs, and high demand for their products, solidifying their position as one of the go-to brands for motorcycle lighting solutions.
Throughout the entirety of Bike Week, Denali Electronics played a major role in providing lighting solutions to motorcycle enthusiasts at two main locations: the Ciro booth and the RickRack booth at the Ted Morse Harley Davidson dealership. The team was kept busy with installations, product demonstrations, and providing expert information to riders eager to upgrade their bikes with Denali lights!
A Successful Week with Sold-Out Products
The demand for Denali products was overwhelming. Both CIRO and RickRack completely sold out of Denali’s popular D14 Destroyer kits, which left the sales team scrambling to keep up with the excitement. Sales Representative Joe Biro, who was on-site, took matters into his own hands, creating custom wiring harnesses for customers using materials he had on hand. The popularity of the products was so high that the team found themselves pulling lights from the display racks to install on customers’ bikes. It’s safe to say, this year’s Daytona Bike Week was a massive success for Denali Electronics.
One of the standout moments was the installation of a D14 headlight for Purple Heart veteran Roger McClellan. McClellan, who was riding a Harley Davidson Trike, had been struggling with his stock headlight, finding it difficult to see more than a few feet in front of him at night. After upgrading to Denali’s D14 headlight, which has an insane 12,900 lumens, he was able to confidently cruise down the road, even at night. The addition of the Amber X-lens cover made visibility even better, ensuring a safer ride for SGT McClellen.
The install process itself was smooth, Since the D14 headlight is a direct fit for Harley Davidson models, no special tools were required, and it didn’t interfere with any aftermarket accessories or parts. The plug-and-play setup made the installation quick and easy for the Ciro team, and McClellan couldn’t have been happier with the result.
A Look at Daytona Bike Week
Daytona Bike Week, held from February 28th to March 9th, is widely considered the unofficial kickoff to the new riding season. Known for its vibrant Mainstreet nightlife, motorcycle races, and iconic cruises down the strip, Bike Week attracts a diverse crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts. From bone-stock Harleys and Triumphs to custom builds and high-performance bikes from brands like Kawasaki, KTM, and BMW, there is something for everyone at this event.
Although the rally draws a mix of riders, it is largely dominated by V-twin enthusiasts, more specifically, Harley Davidson fans. The event is jam packed with exciting activities such as the AMA Supercross races, stunt shows, demo rides, and, of course, the infamous King of the Baggers race at the Daytona International Speedway. This year’s race saw history made as Josh Herin became the first rider to win three consecutive races while riding a Ducati Panigale V2.
Harley Davidson’s activation was larger than ever, with massive vendor zones and showcases at the Ted Morse dealership. The brand also held bike shows and stunt rider exhibitions, adding to the high-energy atmosphere that defines Daytona Bike Week.
