The DENALI switched power adapter connects to your BMW's GPS power connector (on bikes with Nav preparation) to provide a CANbus safe, switched 12V power source for triggering a relay to power DENALI lights, PowerHubs or other electronic accessories. The pre-installed Posi-lock connector means you will not have to tap, pierce, cut, or solder any original wires. The BMW GPS power source is switched with the ignition, so it will provide power when your ignition is turned on and will shut down when your ignition is turned off. Please note that this accessory circuit on most BMWs is designed with a delayed time off, so your added accessories will reflect this same factory setting.

What's In The Box?
(x1) DENALI Switched Power Adapter
Installation Note: The DENALI switched power adapter is intended to trigger a relay (sold separately) and is not intended to directly power an electrical accessory. Powering accessories directly from this adapter could overload the circuit and trigger the CANbus to cut power to the circuit until the overload is removed.
This adapter worked perfectly allowing me to easily connect auxiliary lights to the factory GPS power connector on my 2022 R1250 GSA. I connected the switched wire on my auxiliary lights wiring harness to the posi-tap connector in the Denali adapter (the main power leads from lights went directly to the battery). I contacted support for clarification before I placed the order and got a prompt and very helpful response.
Easy plug and play solution. No instructions came with device and I didn't know where to find the matching connector, but a msg to Denali was answered within 24 hours and they supplied a photo and suggestion on where to look. Done!
Put a radar detector on my bike and needed a switched power supply
Used the Denali switched power break out adapter ran the wire to a mini relay to give the detector a switched power from the battery so its still operating from the can bus
