We recently learned that BMW revised their front brake line after our original HMT.07.11001 horn mount was released. In rare instances, BMW's design change could cause the original version of our horn mount to rub against the front brake line.
We’ve developed a new version of this mount (HMT.07.11002) to improve safety, as well as an upgrade kit (HMT.07.11001R) for riders that already have the existing mount installed. We’re offering this upgraded part to all customers for free—because we take your trust seriously.
