That's why we offer a five year warranty on every product we sell. If your product does get damaged, we're standing by to get you back on the road fast.

Warranty Process

*Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abrasion, misuse, improper installation, accidents, alteration, disassembly of electronics, or damage to original parts of the vehicle related to crashes, improper installation, or improper use. Cutting or tapping the original light pod and light bar wiring voids all warranties.

Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders over $49 within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All orders placed on DENALIelectronics.com are fulfilled by our parent company Brown and Watson International from warehouses in Rhode Island and Washington.

Shipping times vary depending on the distance from the shipping warehouse to your location. Shipping is billed at carrier rates to destinations outside the United States.

When Will My Order Ship?
We ship Monday through Friday.

• Orders for in stock items typically leave the warehouse on the next business day.
  
• Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will ship the following Monday.
  

How Long are Transit Times After Shipment?
The maps below provide estimated FedEx Ground and FedEx Home delivery times based on your location and the nearest shipping warehouse.

Orders shipped to locations within the USA via USPS Priority Mail typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Express time-in-transit speed is based on the selected service:

• FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days
  
• Other air services will arrive according to their listed delivery speed
  

Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes we do ship to locations outside the USA. You can also purchase from local dealers in your country - you'll get faster delivery and avoid the complications of customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

• USPS International is typically 2 to 4 weeks in transit. UPS International Expedited and FedEx International Economy are typically 2 to 5 business days in transit.
  
• International orders may be delayed due to the customs clearance process, which is out of our control.
  
• Clearance, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs for international shipments. The recipient will need to pay these fees to the carrier to receive the order.
  
• If you refuse an international shipment, no refund will be provided until the shipment returns to our building. Refunds will be less our outbound shipping fee and any costs we have incurred to retrieve the shipment.
  

If part of my order is out-of-stock, do you ship partial or complete?

• If an item is currently out-of-stock, the item will be clearly labeled as "out of stock", "backordered" or "pre-order" on the Product and Checkout pages with an estimated time until available.
  
• If you place an order containing a backordered item, your order will ship complete once all items are available.
  
• If you want in-stock items to ship now and out-of-stock items to ship once available, place two orders: one for in-stock items, and one for out-of-stock items.
  

Will you send my order "signature required"?

Due to the risk of package theft, orders over $750 will automatically require a signature upon delivery. We do not pass on carrier fees for this extra service.

If you choose not to have your order delivered signature required and your package is stolen after delivery, Denali Electronics can provide the information you need to recover your funds from your credit card company, but we will not replace the shipment for free.
