When will my stuff ship?
We ship Monday - Friday. Orders for in-stock items will usually leave the warehouse on the next shipping day for:

FedEx orders placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday

FedEx Ground Home Delivery delivers Tuesday - Saturday
FedEx Ground Commercial and all express services deliver Monday - Friday.
Estimated transit time via USPS Priority Mail is typically about 2-3 days within the US and about 6-10 days within Canada. USPS Express Mail transit time is typically about 1-2 days. Sundays and federal holidays don't count as days in transit. USPS does not guarantee transit times.

Do you ship international?
Yes we do, but it will cost you less to purchase from local dealers and distributors in your country. It is also possible that international orders could be delayed by customs or other reasons for up to 30 days. Some International orders may be reviewed prior to processing to insure product, size and weight restrictions are met. If any issues are identified, you will be contacted with updates prior to your order shipping out.

Do you send orders "signature required"?
Yes, due to the increasing frequency of packages being stolen from customers' doorsteps after delivery, we automatically ship orders over $750 "signature required".  

Hassle free returns
You may return any new, unused items (in complete packaging) that you have purchased from us for a full refund within 60 days of delivery for any reason.

Shipping damage?
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us immediately upon receipt. Do not attempt to install the items. Keep all shipping boxes and email us photos of both the boxes and the damage to the product itself. We will work to file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and set you up with a replacement order to get you back on the road as soon as possible!

Return Policy
Returned products must be in new, complete, unaltered condition with no signs of installation. The original box, packaging, manuals, tags and informational literature must be present and undamaged.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For returns being shipped back from locations in the USA, customers can choose to buy a prepaid return shipping label for $12 USD.

Un-used items returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, bags, or boxes may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional repackaging/repair fee of up to 25% as needed to cover the cost of restoring the item to new condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected (usually in 1 to 5 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to be posted to your account.
