Moto Guzzi V7 III

When most people think of Italian motorcycles, they usually think of Ducati, but Moto Guzzi has been building bikes a lot longer. Ducati only started making mopeds after WWII, while 2021 marks Moto Guzzi's 100th anniversary, making it the oldest (continuous) motorcycle manufacturer in all of Europe.

Also notable, 2021 is the 50th anniversary of the original Moto Guzzi V7 Sport, featuring the engine that all-modern Guzzi "big block" V-twins evolved from. The V7 III may no longer be the sportiest of Guzzi's, but the retro cafe racer look and modern chassis make it a stylish and fun daily commuter or weekend canyon carver.

With help from DENALI, you can add safety with bright LED elements and a louder horn, all without ruining the style of your V7 III Special, V7 III Stone, or V7 III Racer X. The right DENALI pieces can even improve the appearance, like the flush mount micro turn signals. These tiny units have two bright LEDs in each, one aimed to the side and one to the front/back, and put out as much light as huge factory units. To be even more conspicuous in traffic, replace the factory blinkers with T3 Switchback dual-purpose pods. These two-inch oval pods function as red or white running lights (red for the rear) but switch instantly to amber flashers when the turn signal switch is activated.

If you don't want to replace any factory lights, DENALI DRL and B6 pods add bright lights to help you be seen without changing the bike's looks. Surface mount B6 pods glow red and are perfect for mounting on the edge of the rear fender or either side of the license plate as auxiliary brake and taillights. DENALI LED DRLs work as white or amber daytime running lights and can be easily mounted to the fender or fork leg.

DENALI offers tiny fog light units that put out tons of light. DM two-inch round pods, in white or amber, shoot light nearly 400 feet ahead of you and come with flood lenses for fog or a hybrid spot/flood beam. The slightly larger D2 round pods are still less than two and a half inches but project more than 500 feet with the spotlight lens or more than 150 feet wide with flood lenses. The DENALI DataDim can control both to function at two different intensities, triggered by the factory headlight switch.

DENALI electronics also has other components you need to make your bike easy to live with. The Wireless Charging Phone Mount with CANsmart Connection is made to securely hold your smartphone to see the navigation screen while charging. Add the compact SoundBomb air horn, and you'll be able to get the attention of the most distracted drivers; it's four times louder than a stock horn! The SoundBomb Mini electromagnetic is even smaller but still twice as loud as most motorcycle units.
